Has anyone else read this? It's a 1937 novel that seems to
prefigure many of the ideas that later turned up in Space: 1999 -
conscious, living nebulae; worlds possessing group minds; the universe
as a single consciousness; even the use of atomic explosions to shift
planets from their orbits and send them on new trajectories into deep
space like a giant spaceship (sound familiar?).
