Along with Cagney and Lacey, the Streets of San Francisco was one of the better cop series.

Rented a 'Starsky and Hutch' dvd when they first came out and was disappointed - it seemed very dated, especially after you've watched stuff like NYPD Blue and then The Wire. Haven't seen The Streets of San Francisco for years, never forgot the music though. Smile
